Photos on this site
Every photo on this site is my work, © Tian Brooks Photography. Please don't copy, download, edit or reuse them without written permission.
Want a photo of you taken down? Email me at pawsomephotossp@gmail.com and I will remove it promptly.
Photos from your session
You get personal-use rights to the photos I deliver from your session. Prints, social media, yearbooks and team rosters are all fine.
Tagging @shot_by_tb_ is appreciated.
Selling the photos or using them commercially needs my permission first. The details are in the photo session agreement you sign when you book.
Privacy
This site has no ads, no tracking scripts and sets no cookies. It makes no requests to third-party services.
To see which pages are popular, the site keeps basic visit logs for 30 days: the page, the date, the country, browser and device details and the site you came from. They don't include your IP address and aren't shared with anyone.
If you email or call me, I use your details only to reply and to arrange your session. I never sell or share them.
Instagram links take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. When the online inquiry form is switched on, it is run by HoneyBook under its own privacy policy.
Children
I don't knowingly collect information from children. Sessions for anyone under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian.
